Opening and managing bank accounts in Brazil for our non-resident clients and their foreign companies, wich allows them to hedge their investments in Brazilian Reais, put money in interest-bearing funds and invest in the reliable Brazilian Annuities, which offer interest as high as the best investment funds.
 
Local registering and representing of foreign companies (LLCs),  setting up and operating BR corporations and corporate interest-bearing bank accounts opening and managing.
 
Advising our clients on engaging trustable and outstanding professionals and companies for their plans: accountants, architects, environmental engineers, developers, visa agents, etc.
 
Speaking in different events worldwide about living and investing in Brazil. Normally we spend the whole event time talking with the attendees, answering all questions they should make about Brazil and investments. We help them filling some documents to buy property and/or set up corporations in Brazil: a Notary Signature Card (we are accredited by local Notaries) and Power-of-Attorneys to act on their behalf on requiring their personal and corporate BR IRS tax numbers and represent them on their purchases and deals .
 
Supplying some international partners on their publications (country books and reports), specially reviewing chapters about the Brazilian Taxation System and Permanent Visas requirements and drafting reports about Brazilian Real Estate Transaction Costs.
 
Receiving investors’ groups, some with dozens of members, in inspection trips to Brazil in our office, giving them all necessary explanations regarding to their investment plans and related business and legal issues.
 
Meeting with these investors’ groups in hotels for urgent issues, helping them on filling forms, checking contracts and answering all questions they make and even joining them in meetings with Notaries and developers, when necessary.
